This home is probably one of the finest properties you will find in Florida, on many points. It is to be found on the exclusive enclave of Emerald Island which is, probably, the most sought after community in central Florida.
It is fully air-conditioned with a substantial living area, a large kitchen and dining room with separate lounge and formal dining area. The property can comfortably accommodate 14 adults (including a sofa bed in the living room) or a combination of adults and children of all ages. For everyone's comfort, all our homes are Non-Smoking.
The property also boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and split as 3 doubles and 3 twins. 1 is a specialist Disney room for the children. The main bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms have TV/DVD, Cable TV, huge closets and plenty of storage space. The home also benefits from unlimited telephone calls both local and international so no need for calling cards or credit cards - even calls to mobiles are free.
Outside is a fabulous, over-sized, heated, private private pool 8' bubbling spa. The over-sized deck accommodates substantial outdoor seating, tables and sun loungers. The home is 2 minutes from the world famous Disney World, 10 minutes from the stunning SeaWorld and 15 minutes from the breath taking, and dazzling, attractions of Universal Studios Florida.
Numerous restaurants, shops and night life are minutes away from the home and the world famous "I Drive" is 10 minutes away.
